Absolutely! We’re happy to clean with your furry friends around. However, for the safety of our team, we kindly ask that dogs with a history of aggression be kept indoors during our visit.

At Scoopers United, the safety of our clients and their dogs is our highest priority. We use a kennel-grade disinfectant to thoroughly clean our equipment and shoes between every yard, preventing the spread of germs. To keep your pets secure, we take photos of closed gates after each visit, and all our team members undergo background checks for your peace of mind.

At Scoopers United, we double bag the dog waste and place it in your trash can, ensuring it’s securely contained. For a small additional fee, we can also take the dog waste with us and handle the disposal, providing you with an even more convenient and hassle-free service. Let us know what works best for you!

Come rain, sleet, snow, or sunshine, we’re here to keep your lawn clean and clear! In most cases, we’ll wait for the storm to pass and get back to tackling the mess. For severe weather, we closely monitor conditions and will always email you if rescheduling is needed to keep you informed every step of the way.

We don’t provide specific arrival times for our poo picking services. To keep costs low and maximize efficiency, we optimize our routes the night before service. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferences, our scheduling is designed to ensure timely and cost-effective service for all clients.
